A beginner is:


  • Anyone who has never taken a yoga class before.
  • Anyone who feels that they need more assistance with their yoga practice.

We make people understand and then practice Sivananda yoga method ensuring that one proceeds at their own pace learning correctly each postures. Our method reduces stress and injuries empowering oneself with firm foundation for higher practice. It is systematic introduction to theory and practice of twelve basic asanas transcending oneself for higher practice.



Important guidence for the beginners:


We encourage you to be on time or 5-10minutes before the class begins to orient yourself.


Duration: Kindly register in advance and one should be empty stomach (not eaten for at least 3hrs). Do let the instructor know about any medical complication/attention on needs during the practice.

Beginners Yoga Courses Starts every Monday.

Course Duration: The Course comprises of 18 Sessions(60min each). Initial 10 classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on scheduled timings rest 8 classes may be completed on any other Practice class within 15days.

Course Contribution: Rs.2000/-
